Request a gift quote with specifications and costs to confirm
Send your brief for review. The scope of supplier checks, any chargeable work and the itemised landed-cost quote need to be confirmed before you approve a purchase.
What would you like us to buy?
- 1. Product details
- 2. Contact and review
Add a reference below or use your saved list. Up to 20 products; 1,200 characters per reference.
Required: one product reference, quantity and destination. Email is requested in the next step.

- The product. A 1688 or Taobao link is best. A photograph or a sketch with dimensions also works — we can find comparable production from either.
- The quantity, broken down. Not just "500" but 500 across how many colours and sizes. Minimums are usually stated per variant, so a breakdown changes the answer more than the total does.
- The destination country. This decides which certificates you need and which routes will carry the goods. The same candle is a different order going to the US than to the EU.
- Whether it is branded. If yes, send the artwork in vector form with fonts outlined, plus your colour references. A logo pulled off a website reproduces exactly as badly as it was supplied.
- Your deadline. Sampling and tooling are the long poles. Knowing the date up front decides whether a branding method is even available to you.
Helpful but optional: a target unit price, a competitor product you are matching, and any certificate your buyer has already demanded.
Not needed yet: payment details, a company registration, or a signed agreement. None of that happens before you approve a quote.
What happens after you send it
Timing depends on your brief, supplier replies and any sample or documentation checks. The next steps and any expected dates need to be confirmed for your request.
-
First: review the listing and your brief
You get the specification translated properly — materials with numbers attached, not adjectives — and a plain statement of which claims the seller has documented and which they have only asserted.
-
Next: check requirements and supplier information
Which certificates your market requires for this specific item, whether they exist, and whether the seller is the factory or a trading company reselling someone else's production.
-
Then: one itemised quote
Goods, branding setup, tooling, sampling, our service fee, inspection, consolidation and freight, each on its own line, on a route that will actually accept the goods. Nothing is bought until you approve it.
What we cannot quote from
A screenshot with the seller's watermark cropped out, a product name with no image, or "something like this but cheaper" with no reference. Not because we are being difficult — because any number we gave you would be invented, and an invented quote is worse than no quote.
We also will not quote goods carrying a third-party brand or a licensed character without permission from the rights holder, and we will say so on the first reply rather than after you have paid for a sample.
If you would rather not use a form
Email [email protected] with the same information. It reaches the same desk. WhatsApp works too if you prefer to send photographs directly.
